MRSA: The important thing lacking in this question if where did he have the MRSA? If he had a lesion in his mouth then yes. If he had a systemic infection then yes. If he had a boil on his butt then no. In other words, if you were directly inoculated to your cuts by his infection then you could get it otherwise it doesn't jump off of him to you.
