Don't worry: About the vitamin D aspect in the scenario, but rather make sure in the long run you are good about long term sun protection as the UVA and UVB rays can cause cancer with prolonged exposure. Even with copious sun exposure and vit D supplementation you are not likely to ever run into vit D toxicity issues.
