See any dentist: You don’t want to risk swallowing it or accidentally aspirating it in your lungs. You need to make sure that you go to any dentist so he/she can permanently cement your jacket back. Dental crowns can last for many many years up to a lifetime!

Find the time: If your artificial tooth keeps falling out, it may not fit correctly.. it may need to be remade. Your tooth can suffer damage from decay or you may swallow the prosthesis. Better to have it looked at rather than choking on the tooth in your sleep.

Make the time: This is a health and safety issue. There's a reason the "artificial jacket" is falling out, and the reason may be anything from a minor repair to a major health issue. You don't want to accidentally swallow, or worse, accidentally aspirate, the prosthesis. This isn't a DIY project, and it can't be put off. Call your Dentist now. It will be cheaper and safer in the long run if you do.
