definitive "cure" currently - there are a number of experimental medications which are being used at this time. We are blessed to live in a country where the over-all standard of medical care is high - thus the survival rate for people treated for Ebola in the US has been quite high. Most people in Western Africa don't have access to that level of care. Thus the death rate has been higher.
