people says that hair-dryer is dangerous for hair, it damages it a lot....so, can a hair damaged from hair-dryer heal and go back to normal state?

That is true: You must be careful in using a hair dryer or you will damage your hair. Don't put the drier blower right on the hair. Always use the lowest heat setting and don't buy a dryer the does not allow you to lower the heat. Check with a good hairdresser for more tips.
