Infant sweat: If he is not sweating from a hot room then I would be sure he does not have a heart condition. Sweating especially with feeds can be a sign of congenital heart disease so have him evaluated by his health care worker.

See Doctor Your Now: Sweating is the body's only mechanism for thermoregulation. Over-bundling is a common cause & some babies like adults just sweat more. However a 3 wk old who "sweats a lot", wears only a diaper does require a thorough evaluation. Serious medical disorders can present with sweating at this age: congenital heart defects, tumors (neuroblastoma), & more. See your child's doctor now for assessment.
