i got hit in the balls and my left testicle is larger (2-3x) than my right one. i tried ice and i don't believe it shrunk too much. what should i do?

Testicular Trauma: If your testicle was injured, and it is as swollen as you describe and painful, you should seek urgent evaluation by your primary care physician, urgent care, or emergency department. After you've been examined, it may be determined that an imaging test is needed to evaluate the extent of injury.
