In the short run?: Excedrin for migraine headaches if they seel such a product in India and if symptoms are that of migraine headache (one sided thumping along with nausea/vomiting, sensitivity to light, sound, and smells). That's in the short run. In the long run you should consider going to a doctor for a good checkup if this episode has repeated itself in the past or repeats itself in the future.
