my right index finger was hit by a basketball, it was swollen for a week, now its better but still cant bend it all the way after 3 weeks. suggestion?

Exercise: you can either exercise the finger by using a nerve ball or a small soft ball in your hand by squeezing on it and later actively with the other hand move every joint in that finger if no improvement you might need to see a hand surgeon good luck
