Im 29, 5.1 height, only 38 kgs v skinny want 2 gain weight please make me a complete proper diet chart of all the high calorie foods i should eat..?

Gaining weight: Gaining weight is not easy for the super skinny! to gain one pound per week, add 500calories extra per day. Take these calories in as protein and carbs. I dont recommend junk food. You can do protein bars (about 250-300cal) two extra per day on top of your regular food. Also try protein smoothies with 2% greek yogurt, protein powder, fruit and nut butters.

answers have to be: 400 characters or less!! Eat healthy foods high in calories. Eat 6 meals /day. Work on strength training to build large muscle groups. Work out w heavier weights w fewer repetitions. Sleep at least 8 - 9 hrs/night. Hydrate well w water. Foods to help w weight gain: almonds, cashews, pecans, sunflower seeds, flax seeds, walnuts, hummus, avocados, granola, trail mix, dried fruits, protein shakes
