Uris Acid Levels: For a female, normal levels run from 2.3 to 6.6 mg/dl. You are in the upper normal range. If your levels are higher than prior studies, it may be due to many factors, including diet high in purines or fructose and table sugar, or rapid weight loss. If still concerned, recheck your levels in 3-6 months if you are otherwise healthy.

Not possible: How high is it? Elevated uric acid cannot be significantly reduced by any diet other than minimizing alcohol intake. If you have no history of gout or stones then treatment is not needed as a rule.
