See a dermatologist: There are skin cleansers made for dry skin. Dove, many others. There are creams to be used after the shower. Eucerin Eczema Care, others. You can get a wand to apply creams to your oun back or have someone rub it for you. By prescription you can get triamcinolone ointment or cream .1% in a 16oz jar. See a DR about depression. Why the antibiotics???
