Probably sinus dz: There are sinuses around the eyes and orbit, and sinus congestion / pressure can lead to an aching around the eyes. There can also be nasal discharge, sometimes with blood. However, other problems can lead to nosebleeds, and this should be checked by a medical doctor. Low humidity can lead to eye discomfort as well as some nose bleeding also.
