Protein: In order to build up your muscles, it is important to get plenty of protein in your diet and do some wt bearing exercise based on what muscles you are trying to build. It doesn't have to be heavy wts, and you may just want to start with 2# wts at first. Eggs/egg whites are great sources of protein, nuts, soy or whey protein. Just remember, you can't build muscle without exercising them!
