i am 34 , has had frequency of urination intermittently, thoracic pain at night, cbc , bmp blood normal, could i have bone mets from prostate cancer?

No: Too young for that Dx. Kidney stone is more likely. Flush yourself, Get urine checked. Simple urine infection with or without stone possible. See PMD.

Check urine for glucose--normal bmp is written, but not specifically glucose. Do you have a family history of prostate cancer? Never wrong to get checked at an earlier age if you do. A simple PSA and digital rectal exam from your doctor can easily be done.
