what are the differences between tylelol and tylelol pm? i know pm means noon but it doesn't make any sense to me...

PM: Means " post meridian" or AFTER noon. here in the States PM can mean evening. Tylenol (acetaminophen) pm has diphenhydramine ( Benadryl) in it that causes drowsiness in many people. So you take it in the PM, at bedtime
