pain in lower right abdomen. took ct. no cysts, stones, or infection. don't know what it is. no abmormalities of organs. could it be appendix?

Appendix unlikely: Usually chronic pain NOT appendix which if a source of right lower abdominal pain DOESN'T get better !!!!!! Chronic appendicitis RARE! The next exam you need is bowel related..(ileitis can present this way) Ask your Primary Care Provider who may recommend a Gastroenterologist. Hope this helps
