i've got a very bad skin condition right now, my legs are all red and puffy, very itchy too, can i use fucicort antibiotic cream for this?

Yes: This is not an antibiotic. Do not use an antibiotic. The corticosteroid in this is likely to help. Also you should elevate your legs higher than your chest to reduce the swelling. You should consult a physician to determine the cause. There are various possible diagnoses with different treatments.
