my vitamin d report says 5.66 ng/ml dr advised to go with macbrite d3 60k once a week for 8 weeks, then 1cap/mth is that appropriate?

Good idea: This dosing is not exactly the way I do it, but it sounds like it should work well. Then get another vitamin D test in a year to see that this regimen is working well.
