is it possible for you partner to have chlamydia and you didnt get it,after a year?

No, not really: Okay, if you are practicing safe sex and using condoms then yes it is very possible. However if you are having unprotected sex and your partner has chlamydia, you are gonna get it. YOU may not have symptoms that you recognize for a while - so it's actually possible that your partner has had chlamydia and so have you, but you are just now finding out.
