See Doc: You could have strep throat, or another bacterial or viral illness. You do not want to miss a diagnosis of strep because treatment is essential to prevent complications. Take some tylenol (acetaminophen) or ibuprofen (with food and only if no nausea, vomiting or diarrhea) tonight and see your doc or to to an UC center to get checked. Hope you feel better soon.
