Unlikely: It would have to be located in your brainstem to affect these 2 cranial nerves. I'm not sure it's even anatomically possible. Did you have sudden onset? That's the hallmark of a stroke.

No: Those are not stroke symptoms. You need an ophthalmic and ear exam to look for treatable causes of your 2 different conditions.

NO: However, why worry. See your doctor and get both eyes and ears checked and handled. Perhaps specialty attention from otolaryngology, or ophthalmology will help.
