These include pain -: starting in the neck and radiating down to the hand; or cause of pain in the hand which can radiate towards the shoulder and even the neck. Any C spine causes (like a disk herniation, stenosis with pinched nerve, arthritis) causes a shoulder pain and then down to the hand. While A carpal Tunnel can cause a retrograde radiation upto the neck/shoulder. See your Orthopod to get Dx and treated.
