Serious stuff: Today's medicine can always clear acne, but I'd urge you to be open to 21st century methods as well as "natural" / "folk". Visible acne is a sign of poor self-care and will interfere with your being able to get the job you want. Nothing's more "natural" than the vitamin-A-based / retinoic acid derivatives (topical, isotretinoin) and antibiotics like tetracycline that can clear you.

This is serious: Acne on the trunk won't respond to less than a mix of topical (benzoyl peroxide and/or topical retinoic acid) and systemic (antibiotic like tetracycline) Rx, unless you opt for isotretinoin. All are actually gifts from Mother Nature, but if you try home remedies or "pop" stuff, you'll be disappointed. Acne is a serious, chronic illness and a major liability. You deserve to be free of it.
