Testicular pain: testicular and groin pain can be a manifestation of epididymitis, torsion or twisting of the vascular supply to the testis, tumor, inguinal hernia, or severe infection of the tissues and lining of the scrotum and penis called the fascia. This can be a medical emergency and if left untreated result in sterility. You should see a urologist immediately
