Live healthy: Just by living healthy, it will help bolster a pregnancy's health. That means being active, sleeping well, and eating well(avoid diets that a too restrictive in one of the major macronutrients such as carbohydrates, proteins or fats.) Don't forget to take prenatal vitamins, avoid alcohol and tobacco.
