sir my t3 (liothyronine) is 0.77ng/ml, t4 is 5.70 ug/cl, but tsh is 8.97 ulu/ml, which is too high. please advice me its treatment and precaution to reduce this.

No precautions...: ...just treat it! Hi. Your TSH is high. It's never a bad idea to repeat it and check thyroid autoantibodies. But at face value, you need l-thyroxine therapy to get your TSH down to around 1. Good luck!
