i've had strep for a few days and starting today i've been having what looks like glitter in my vision at times and dizzyness when i cough. worrying?

You may need to see: an eye doctor to help your vision clear up. Glitter is an unusual finding and may indicate photophobia, ocular migraine, phosphenes, uveitis, or something else completely thats' benign that needs to be investigated to make sure nothing else is cooking. You are recovering from strep throat but don't mention what ABx you are on. So you need to provide more info that could help us assist you better.
