everytime i touch my belly button, it hurts. could it be the peroxide solution?

Yes, it could: Why are you using peroxide in your belly button? Peroxide is actually too harsh a chemical for skin, particularly abrasions or skin infections. You could use diluted peroxide (at least 50% cold water, but why not use good old soapy water. If there is an open lesion on or near your belly button, peroxide is just too harsh.
