Yes definitely: most home pregnancy tests carry a high enough sensitivity to become positive within 4-7 days after conception. If you were near ovulation time when you had intercourse, you can bet that's when you conceived

A Week later?: No, chances are you were already pregnant when you had (unprotected) sex on Sept 2nd It also sounds like you are having unprotected sex with multiple contacts. NOT WISE AT ALL!
