Vaginal discharge: By what you describe this is most likely a vaginal yeast infection. If you have not had this type of discharge in the past then you should be seen by a doctor who can evaluate you and decide what the discharge is caused by and prescribe the appropriate treatment. I think that is the most prudent course rather than blindly using OTC medications that may not work.
