Vitamins: you can take all the vitamins, but it is really a waste of money

Most multivitamins: are very weak. You need a product in which about 1/2 the ingredients far exceed the RDAs. Omega 3s have lots of research to support their use for brain, eye, joint health, as well as its anti-inflammatory properties. About 50% of the total mgs need to be in EPA+DHA. Many are only 20-30%. It also needs to be purified--pharmaceutical grade. L carnitine is used for brain health. Peace.
