what to do if right atrial enlargement - please help?

RAE: Right atrial enlargement can be a true anatomic diagnosis related to pathology in the heart or lungs. There are also ECG readings of 'right atrial enlargment' which may or may not actually represent true anatomic enlargement of the right atrium. If you have true right atrial enlargment, you need a diagnosis of the reason why your right atrium is enlarged.
