Numerous: Hodgkin's used to mean certain death, and the fact that the large majority of people get cures is reason to be grateful. Aside from direct effects of the tumor (mechanical effects, plus the fever, night sweats, weight loss -- which affect many people), the most dreaded (thankfully quite rare) complications involve immunity against the tumor directed at the nervous system.

Anemia, fatique: Even before chemottherapy, fatigue, anemia, pain..Are common..These can be worse for awhile during treatment (except pain) as well as nausea vomiting and long term...Sterility.

No home test: I'm not aware of a home medical test for hodgkin's lymphoma but some of the symptoms can be night sweats, lymph node enlargement, weight loss, shortness of breath.
