Back Pain: There are many different reasons for back pain, if you were recently sick then may be related to that, depending on what sickness you had, often you get body aches including back pain when you're not feeling well. Coughing can sometimes strain the back muscles. Would suggest warm compresses, rest, lmassages, gentle stretches & if not improving then see your Dr.
