outside of vagina itches. bearable. regular discharge.no oder. no inside itch. can this be an std or a regular yeast infection?

Your history does: not suggest an std or yeast infection, It could be just a allergic reaction to the chemicals in the feminine hygiene products such as color toilet paper, douches, sprays, shampoos. Having said that an std or a yeast infection is also needs to be ruled out. See a Gyn doctor.
