Yes, there are: I hope your doctor is familiar with methadone and how to use it, because the substitution of methadone for other opioids has resulted in massive increases in overdose deaths and other harms when practitioners are not familiar with the drug. If you are taking 5 times/day for pain, that is inappropriate, as well as taking all 5 at once. Dexedrine (dextroamphetamine) decreases sedation, not respiratory depression.
