i have swollen lymph nodes for over 8 months in my neck n collar bone and have emphysema copd. they dnt hurt. doc sending me to ent..shld i be worried?

Swollen lymph node: A persistently swollen node is concerning and needs to be worked up. Your ENT will likely order a biopsy (FNA, fine needle or open). It is important to understand what process is going on. A pathologist will review your biopsy and hopefully provide answers.
