hi, are blink intensive tears safe for long periods of time, and are they just eye drops or artificial tears?

Blink Intensive Tear: Julia, the information I have is taken from the Abbott site which make this. It appears to be used long term and id=s a long acting up to an hour artificial tear. I would confirm this with the druggist in the UK and or the Eye doctor in the UK. It is not available here in the US.
