Upper abdominal pain and discomfort w/ some chest area discomfort, burping, jaw/ear pain, nausea, diarrhea, grumbling stomach. What could symptoms be?

Any number of: conditions can cause these symptoms. Most worrisome is chest pain and jaw/ear pain, which can mean angina or heart attack. More likely is gastroenteritis, but you need to make sure. Get to a doctor immediately.
