No: Boiled rice alone will not provide the nutrients you need to stay healthy. Also rice has a lot of its calories from carbohydrates and it is recommended that you lower carbohydrates in your diet if you want to lose weight. A balanced diet with protein and fresh fruits and vegetables is the best diet for weight loss. Exercise is also essential for any weight loss plan.
