See MD: It is not possible to diagnose abdominal pain online. What urine test?A voided urine, how was the collection?Dipstick:only leukocytes or also nitrites? It is best to see doctor for proper evaluation, diagnosis and treatment.Get well soon.

Here are some ...: If indeed UTI is documented by testing, you should be treated and followed properly. But, the pain on left side and belly may not be related with it. To demystify current conundrum, bring the info on the onset, degree, duration, interval, evolution, and progress of all symptoms over time to gyn-doc for anlysis + physicals + possible tests as need so to deduce possible Dx for reasonable Rx. Do a pregnancy test: First and most important, take a pregnancy test ASAP. You don't want to miss a positive test which puts you at high risk for an ectopic or tubal pregnancy. This can be life-threatening if missed so please check this first. If positive UPT, see your Ob/Gyn ASAP. good luck.
