Midencn? NotTheIssue: You are believing untruths. What problems with what bones; there are a huge number of different bone problems? Loosing wt always a function of what & how much is eaten combined with body use for function & rebuilding. Everyone looses wt if intake reduced enough, even if they are sedentary. Carbohydrates are most prone to drive ↑ed body fat. Fats (of natural origin) are least likely to be stored.
