Cream: Use a good moisturinzing cream. I often recommend foot miracle cream which is a non-prescripiton item.

Moisturizers: If the skin is too raw, you may need to apply neosporin or a triple antibiotic ointment. Otherwise moisturizers such as vaseline, eucerin, utter cream, shea butter may be helpful. Also, they make socks with silicone liners to help with dry cracked skin. If yours heels crack alot, think fungal infection and try otc vs. Prescription medication.
