?: If you are already pregnant, the egg should not be fertilizing it should have already been fertilized and the fertilized egg moving thru the tube should not cause cramping.

How can i get pregnant if i do not produce enough eggs during ovulation?

Clomid (clomiphene): all you need is just one good egg during each ovulation. However, if you cannot even create that one egg that you need then you might need a fertility medication like clomiphene. as long as there are not any other causes of infertility, this may be a good option for you. Good luck.
