May be low calcium: With your age right now you should be taking calcium supplement 1200-1500mg per day.You may be low in calciumto have those muscle cramping.You should have your blood test done to check for calcium and vit.D as well because if you do not have enough vit d, your calcium that you are taking would not get to absorb properly.
