I encourage you to get a Ph.D. in neurobiology and devote your career to finding out the answer, because if you do, you will win about three Nobel Prizes in Medicine. In fact, you'll win if you can find an effective way to measure neurotransmitters in the living brain all at once for more than a minute at a stretch AT ALL, let alone for Tourette's.
