if one has hpv(type causing cervical cancer)&doesn't wash their hands,then gives you a non-sexual massage, can you get hpv due to the continuous touch?

No: The viruses that carry high risk for causing cervical cancers are all transmitted sexually.

No: HPV are a family of viruses.Each strain has a preferred location for growth and the genital strains (cervical cancer type ) are specific to that type of skin (genital) . The transfer from one person to another requires direct skin to skin transfer between genitals, not hand to surface skin.
