A tiny bumps: A tiny bumps in mouth including the lips, may be caused by a few possible conditions like foods irritation or allergy.. In most cases they are harmless and may resolve on their own, but you should see a doctor if the bumps persist for more than 10 days or becomes worse over time. Take care.
