Cysts: It's probably a cyst which is a fluid filled sack or a lipoma which is a clump of fat. If it doesn't get irritated or larger it is probably nothing to worry about

Cyst: Probably a sebaceous cyst, but let a doctor check it out to be sure. Could be a lipoma as well.
